Not bad effort at all. Pretty happy with how it turned out, felt very comfortable running that pace. Aerobically I wasn't strained at all, my breathing was calm, relaxed and it didn't feel taxing at all. My legs were a bit tired, so not sure I had much more for a race effort in there but as a tempo it was easy peasy.
