Notes
A builds-character type run. Strong head winds with a driving rain this morning. I was pretty darn cold for most of it until it let up about half way through. I took a gel before starting and it seemed to keep me feeling pretty energized throughout. Ran into the VCM crew and tacked on a little bit before heading home. Boots was a total champ, but the jerk was drafting off me for the first 4 miles!
