300m fast / 200m jog
Had to work for this one. It kind of felt like it just went on and on and on. My stomach was also a bit off, but in the end I persevered and felt good about this. Didn't use a watch so not sure about the pacing but felt like sub-65 effort for everything, probably closer to 62. But that pace is a mystery to me so who knows.
