Not bad, not bad. Slept like shit and couldn't fall asleep for my nap. My cough has gotten worse, but I feel physically strong. The sidewalks were a mess so I was doing a lot of puddle hopping, but still managed to run 10:00 even for 2 miles, so I was happy with the effort. It felt like a strain, but only because of being sick. I'm not sure I'll be at 100% this weekend, which is a bummer, but I still think if weather holds for Sunday I should be looking to run 67:30 or so.
