Oh boy did I feel good. The bike path was mostly clear and I was just rolling. Felt awesome.
I was tired coming into today. I've been trying to catch up on sleep and last night I got about 9.5 hours and then took an hour long nap this afternoon before getting out for the long run. I definitely needed the rest. Otherwise, my legs seem to have recovered just fine from the workouts and felt pretty "pop-y" today.
