2x4 mile at tempo pace

Easy 3 mile warmup, then a four mile tempo at about 21:45, 4 minute jog, then back in about 21:25. Rolling hills made for a slower pace than back in Burlington. I felt still tired from last week, but definitely better on a higher mileage day than I did last Sunday.
