I was 5:28/5:27 for the first one. The second one I wanted to practice getting on pace after going out too fast and then backing off to my pace. I ran 81 for the first 400 then 87 (was hoping for 86s). After that I was fairly consistent, running 85-87 per lap for a 11:23.
