Saturday Fartlek along the canal. Mom dropped me off at Angler's Inn, then headed towards Swain's Lock. Felt really good. Would have liked to have run also in the morning, but didn't have the energy. I have yet to do regular morning runs, so maybe I can start when I get back to SB.
