Classic Kellog Rd loop. 2x2 mile @ 10k pace. But not even close. I'm just not sure where my legs are. I've struggled since last June to really hit my stride and today just seemed like another meh workout. The first interval was a pretty long uphill, but still I think I was 5:25/mile. The second one it was dark and icy, and I hit 5:15 or so, but I feel like I should be going faster. Granted I don't get splits and only map out the distance afterwards, but still not super promising. Ramping up the mileage hasn't really seemed to dampen this as I haven't really been hitting workouts even in lower mileage weeks.
