600, 400, 300, 200 with 300 jog between.

I didn't run with a watch and it was pretty great. I was really pretty shot going into this and am looking forward to a couple of days of recovery coming out of it. I think I need to be sleeping a bit more as I've just been passing out as soon as my head hits the pillow. I don't feel exhausted though, just tired from the training. Also, two nights ago I barely ate because I felt really nauseous, then woke up ran 14 miles in the morning and couldn't eat breakfast after because I still felt terrible. I ate a super small lunch and finally felt good by night to get a full meal in, but I think that really limited my ability to recover.
