Notes
I missed my second workout so I threw in a 4 mile tempo from miles 10-14. The air was really dry and my chest didn't feel great, so I took a 1 minute jog halfway through, but otherwise it was pretty good (this was the same course as I ran my last tempo on and it's a long straight slog with a couple hills - bike path & North Ave south to North Ave & North St). I ran 21:12, so not terrible given the weather.
