Rejoined the gym and decided to do my old gym routine from last year. Got through it all with no problems but added some core workouts to make it a better overall session. Added planks, lunges, squats and press ups/sit ups. Started with 5 mins on bike and finished with 5 min on the cross trainer. Really happy with my session - thought it would be a lot tougher. Need to do this a minimum of twice a week and build up the session
