Ran with Jackie after work. It was like an oven when we started, but getting into the forest at Swallow Cliff really cooled things down (as much as you can be cooled in an oven). There were parts where we were going a pretty good pace (probably close to 7:30) and parts where we were going kinda slow, but it was what I needed after the late night last night. Early day tomorrow.
