Notes
I am a little disappointed right now to be honest. I was going into today with the mentality that if I did 7 on this run, I could do 4 later and be set and back on track for mileage. Now, I am going to have to do more later tonight (at a much lower intensity, obviously). It started out sooooooo hot and humid today, it was rediculous. Mike branched to go back at the 5 mark and I was planning on going 7. However, severe storms quickly moved in and I am not going to be running in a storm in a forest preserve no matter how good it feels... its not worth it. Anyways, the last mile was pretty quick because I wanted to get back to my car.
