Notes

Started at the arc with 5 minutes on the bike, just to get the legs going again after driving from Mahomet - then did my 11 minute cooldown - then lifted. Had to workout by myself today, again -_-. Whatever, it went well. Did core (med ball toss from swiss ball 10 reps x 2, cherry pickers with med ball 20 reps x 2, leg lifts, leg rolls, scissor kicks big and small, back stuff). I feel stronger. My body was actually pretty sore yesterday after the lift and workout (didn't really hurt Wednesday evening). I imagine that my arms will hurt tomorrow. I'm going to aqua jog with the girls later.
