Notes
This was a day I needed after yesterday's debacle. Today we did the old workout 5x3' at T w/ 1' R, and 7x3' at 5k w/ 3' R. I ran the majority of it with Kibler. I never felt like I was really pushing in the workout, but I stayed consistent and tried to hit appropriate paces. It was hard to keep track by the end of it because it was dark out, but I was able to finish.
