Ran at Takeda this morning with a group of guys. Apparently they started later than expected because nobody came to the meeting location, so I sort of just took off. I ran into them though about two miles in and just finished the route up with them. There was a brief part where I took off with two guys and we were probably sub-7 pace. The rest of the run was around 7:30 pace. It was nice. I really like the trail, but there are no hills. Also, I do a little more pavement here than I do at Swallow Cliff.
