Notes

First day lifting. Lifted with Evan. Wanted to do Dead lift too, but wasn't comfortable with technique, so I'm going to work on it later while supervised by someone who knows how to do it. We also did core (twists with a 14 lb ball, sit-ups with the ball, plank series, and back strength). I'm sore already, but look forward to this routine. It felt good.
