Notes
Ran a little bit later in the morning with Frigo, Brendan, Birkel, and Adam. It was nice. The first five miles we worked our way into a nice steady little pace. Then we backed off a little bit. I was getting tired, my achilles was starting to bother me. Also, I had a nice little blister tear that bloodied my sock and shoe. Also, I was not wearing my shoes, but Brendan's, but it was fine. It still felt pretty alright. Beautiful day outside.
