Ran with Adam in the afternoon. Last 20 minutes was pretty quick. The wind headed south was some of the worst gusts I've experienced on campus - it was like we had parachutes connected to us holding us back. Overall, legs feeling pretty good. Best run aerobically in quite some time. Mobility and core afterward.
