Treadmill run. No desire to run outside after walking in the cold rain earlier. Felt pretty good overall. Added in some inclines and closed the last 5-10 faster. Good stretch after.
Cut my palm open at work today. Needed 3 stitches. Also had to get a tetanus. Not very fun.
