15 minute warm-up, 1-1-2-2-1-1 fartlek with 1 minute recovery at 6' pace. 10 minute cooldown. Felt pretty good today and wanted to take advantage. Felt pretty good overall and was doing my recovery at a little quicker pace. Starting to feel confident in running after I lift, which is nice.
