Notes

Pretty lackluster start to lifting today. Just feeling a lack of flexibility on squats. I think I'm trying to do too much weight. Next time I just won't up weight and maintain each set. I'm trying not to forget about my lower legs so I don't develop anything in my achilles or shins, so to offset pain on weighted calf extension, I'm just doing it without resistance. I think I'm adding single leg toss to mondays and fridays. Today was to make up for not doing it Friday, but I think more balance work couldn't hurt. I'm starting to notice that I really favor my right side when I run (when I stop running in a straight line, I go off to the right). I think that may have something to do with a contact injury on my foot and whatever was in my knee for the last year and a half. Going to look into how strengthen my leg side and hopefully, ultimately run with more balance.
