Notes

Even after the workout, I still was able to burn these out pretty good. It's the only part of what we do that I like. While I'm wiped I still am able to do these pretty quick so at least I still have that speed aspect, however, I wish that I could be more consistent in these intervals and tempos. I try my best; I ran without a watch today to see if that would help me mentally and make me run with them. The first rep I felt fine. I don't know what it is after that that makes me drop back.... I still lack in the aerobic capacity departmetn
