First day off in 3 months. I did not want to take it off, but did not want to sacrifice sleep so I chose not to run before I started the drive. I was in the car for 14 hours and did not get back until midnight, so the streak ended. Jake sent me a nice e-mail about everything, so I am choosing to accept it and move on. I was due for a day off and I do feel better because of it.
