Notes

Last day of the trip, last day in Doolin. Woke up before breakfast and ran toward town with Sean. He turned back after ten and I kept going. Decided to throw in a little interval work so I did 2 sets of 2x2' and 1' T with 1' recovery. Did a 5 minute break between sets. It was more to break up the monotony more than anything. Ran 23' into town downhill with the wind and 23:37 back uphill into the wind. Feeling ready to start actually training at home
