I went to Dr. Anderson again this morning. This is the 7th or 8th time I've gone now. After working on my back, he said to take off until Wednesday when I see him again. I told him about the Regionals and Nationals course and he said he is going to try to get me running Wednesday and somehow start working in hills as well. I will swim and aquajog the next two days and be back wednesday unless he tells me otherwise.
