Notes
Despite the 21 degree weather, it was a good run (no wind!). I planned to run 11 this morning; however, Lisa's dog start barking about 4AM...until Lisa attended him. Screwed up my sleep, slept a couple of minutes too long....thus, I didn't have time for the 11 miler. Maybe tomorrow?
