Rough morning, got up to monsoon type rains coming down which meant speedwork on the treadmill (which I hate but I dont have time to do them tomorrow). Plus, I got just about to the gym and realized I forgot my work shirt so had to drive back home.

Intervals werent bad, I did a 15 minute warmup at 7.1 mph (8:27mpm) and then 4x3 min at 9.2mph (6:31mpm) with one minute rest at 7.1mph. I was going to do 5 of them and probably could have squeezed one more out but my hand inadvertantly hit the stop button during my rest segment after the fourth one so I just started it back up and decided to warm down with 10 minutes at 7.0mph (8:34mpm). Overall I was tired (and hot, I'm not sure there is air conditioning at my gym and there arent any fans) after the last one I did, but like I said I probably could have held on for one more.
