Notes
So this was a weird run. I had my Nike+ on which clocked me in at 5.6 miles in about 45:00. But when I mapped it out online at two different sites they both said 5.9 miles. Now I know the amount of time is correct, so I put in the 5.6 because I cant imagin that I was doing 7:40s today. I was definitely running faster than a nice easy pace but I wasnt exactly sucking wind either. It was just so nice out today I got a bit carried away that I could run in shorts in January.
