hey dude. I know your szn isn't over yet, I CANNOT WAIT to watch & cheer you on & be the best supportive best friend that I can be. Maybe I'll cry. Who am I kidding, I'm going to cry. It doesn't matter how you do this week, Matthew Mackenzie Heinzman is someone special and that special goes far beyond the crazy speedy fast times that he runs. It's the attitude you bring to practice every day, your horrible dancing & cutoff sweatshirts, it's your douchey tweets that I hate but secretly love, and the way that it's pretty much impossible to see you and not smile.

Do I think you're going to crush it and show the rest of the country how special Heinz is? Absolutely. I KNOW you're going to. But whatever happens, I'm a better person for knowing you and I'm so grateful for WXC that I got to know some random kid from metro Detroit.
