It was a really nice run. Took it slow because I felt like garbage, Casey is out of shape, and I think the other guys wanted to run with us. It was not the best looking run I had, my stomach was destroyed where I felt like throwing up the whole run and I kept getting a massive knot on my calf. I went back home and stayed in spot of the house most of the day.
