Feeling great today! Right thigh didn't get much worse than pre-race. Maybe the icing and not pushing hard really worked?
Ran on treadmill for a mile; then elliptical 1 mile for 10:20 at crossramp=10; resistance=8.
Also got diet in control as of 8PM.
Ate some more later... still, cut down quite a lot already. add oil to self!
