20 by 400 at CV, 100m jog recovery. 4 by 200 at mile, 200m jog recovery. For the 4s I hit one 75, eight 74s, nine 73s, and two 72s. 200s were 31s. Pretty consistent effort across all of them, just depended how much I got blasted by the wind. Overall nice cool weather, though, and solid workout. Would've been 100 times more fun with a buddy, but it was still pretty fun. Last time I did a workout like this it was with Jay. There was a dad coaching his 2 boys on block starts and he kept telling them to pay attention to my form because apparently I look fast or something.
