1mi WU; dynamic stretching; 60min WAVE TEMPO, broken up into 10min segments of alternating between (6:41 - 6:46) and (6:12 - 6:17); 1mi CD
Phew. Key workout #1 for the week done. Went out to the lake and did this on the river trail and through turning point park. B walked his dog and kept me company (and held water) While I did out and backs. Wave tempo tonight, was sticky as hell but happy with this. Now to recover properly so I can bang out my 22 Friday before hopping on plane for weekend.
