Pace felt good. Worked on keeping tall and rotating hips. Got some niggling pain in my right lateral arch. Adjusted pace and it went away gradually. Around 22:00 there was a small tightening of my right Achilles. Straightened up and worked on hip rotation and relaxation of the lower leg and foot and it went away pretty quickly.
