Notes

First run after Midnattsloppet. Hip was a bit sore again but I didn't notice it before or after the run. Took it fairly easy apart from a print on Spånga Kyrkväg (Strava segment) but I miscalculated the start and ended up "only" 2nd. Super high heart rate too - I'd treat that as suspiciously thigh though.
