Treadmill: 13.52km

Longest non-race ever in distance. Decided to go slowly (constantly at level 9) and try and go further than 10km as I had a a mchine that was unlimited. The pace was quite easy and could have easily continued but my knees were getting sore and it was getting late so settled for 90mins and circa 13km. 3rd day in-a-row I've exercised and 4 from last 5.

Hopefully this will have built up some stamina for the race on Sunday
