6 x Strides on Harris Y Fields
Tested Achilles by running these strides in flat lightweight shoes. Did not try to go beyond 85% on these and "controlled" speed after the first twenty meters. And did good job by running these very consistently, legs felt good and felt better as I progressed thru the set. Did not feel any stress in Achilles which is a good sign. Accurate splits below:
