Easy Run
52 degrees. Ran first 1+ miles on Harris Y trail then back on roads in the area and back on trail for final 3/4 mile. Ran this easy / slow. Decided to get off the trail because I felt sluggish, and when I hit the pavement I could immediately feel a "bounce and/or spring" in my step. Maintained what I felt was the same pace as the first mile throughout. Noticed at the end I was sweating a lot more than normal -- wore two shirts and given how it was warmer today should have worn only one. But also realized I've acclimatized to the cooler temps, so it is going to be real challenge now with warmer temps.
