Long Run
Fast walked & did drills prior. Ran fr Whole Foods & ran down Sharon (looping around Earth Fare), then up & down Ferncliff & back down Sharon right on Harris till end (miles 1-4). Ran purposely slower, felt really bad to start (which I usually do on a long run) & had no sense of pace). Off Harris turned right and ran up the hill on Providence up to Sharon Amity (mil 5 - all uphill, focused on bounding up & being in rhythm), then ran out to Cottswold & back (miles 6 - 7 - I think pace improved solely because I pushed mi 5 up the hill), and then picked up pace & pushed down on Sharon Amity (mi 8) and then pushed harder thru remainder (felt strong running up the hill at end of Sharon Amity) & back on on Sharon to Walgrens (mi 9 - had to up something). Then completed the final 1/2 mi after stretching hamstring. At least I finished this strong and felt decent finishing this strong.
