Very Easy Run
Ran this very easy and mindful of perceived effort as I focused on controlling pace & trying to keep HR minimal. Ran this at a pace 30 sec/mi slower vs last Mon yet this felt the same (which is always not a good sign). Ran this in around Phillips Pl & mostly in the Palm/Hotel/small lot/PF Changs lot. Ran expanding loops of around Palm down PF Changs & then back to Hotel side & another loop & 3x+ loops of small then out PF Changs around island out exit/in entrance out exit/in entrance into small lot for 2x loops out exit/in entrance around island up PF Changs into small lot 2x loops (thru mi 3 - hard to fathom how slow I ran the first mile), figure 8'd back into PF Changs & then did 8x figure 8 loops on Hotel side & into small lot (2.75 miles thru to mi 5.75 - began to feel much better & very fluid as I went further). Stretched & then finished out running around Hotel side & thru PF Changs to Peter Millar (mi 5.75 thru 6.15).
