Very Easy Run

Ran this very easy and felt terrible. This felt like 10:30 pace & I'm actually glad to see I was running faster vs how I felt. Started at hotel ran to other side looped RH back in looped small lot 2x+ into cinema lot for 1.5x figure 8 loops (mi 1 - felt terrible, felt slow, really tired, no rhythm, felt like I was loping & running at 10:30 pace), out of cinema lot up Phillips Ct place left & looped behind Peca figure 8'd around behind Palm out to Fairview down hill up to Colony (waited for light) & began up hill (mi 2 - this felt slower vs mi 1, felt totally out of rhythm & legs felt very tired), up the hill on Colony left on Sharon onto Red Fox (mi 3 - felt better running up hill, shortened stride & got into a better rhythm & at same time tried to minimize HR), did a 180 out and left onto Sharon crossed Colony crossed Morrison left around & behind BOA into lot of building next door & did two loops of lot (mi 4 - legs still felt tired, tried to focus on form), one more loop of lot then out & left on Sharon hung right at Fairview then backtracked to Mall entrance into Mall lot over to exit onto Fairview (crossed) and ran over to Original Pancake House (mi 5 - still felt out of sorts, and then controlled pace at around 4.5 mi to keep HR low, began to cough uncontrollable towards end as it was so dry out). Ordered food. Then ran a loop around Sharon Corners lot to finish (mi 5 - 5.35).
