7 x Strides on HarrisY field + 6x drills

Completely soaked thru shorts after the 4.3 mi jaunt to the HarrisY field (felt tired). Did 6x drills after ea stride (12x running butt kicks + 7x high knees + 50 yds toe offs). Forget to turn watch on for #1. On the #2 thru #4 the splits off of Garmin where showing 4:36 - 4:40, so on the last three slowed things down because I feared running these too fast. The first five felt crisp/fast & felt bio-mechanically strong. On #6 began to feel fatigue (fr the heat as I completely soaked in sweat) and on #7 I could feel some stress in my hamstrings so shut things down. Accurate splits below:
