87 deg at 7pm so pushed this later -- liftted and fast walked prior. Still felt very oppressive. Even though foot pain felt a lot less today I purposely skipped doing a workout this wk in hopes feet would get better. Goals was to run 4+ miles to HarrisY and then run 7 strides on the grass field.Tried to run w/out drills but got to Whole Foods & felt so bad and out-of-sorts that I stopped & did drills (probably ran the first 1/4 mi at 10 min pace!). When I resumed form & stride felt significantly more stable, stronger and fluid. Felt so much stronger vs. two weeks ago but enduring soreness/tightness in upper hamstring (insertion point into glute) because my "paw back" has kicked in. Ran this at an "easier pace" then prior days and controlled pace.
