(un)Easy Run

Fast walked & did drills prior. Right hamstring felt tight and both legs felt "fatigued". It felt slightly less awful vs yesterday. Back-to-back and not sure if the extremely slow pace (a whopping 30 sec/mi is due to back-to-back, growing fatigue from building back up as this ends week 2, or this injury is going sideways). This run involved two "hill efforts" (mostly running flat courses). When I started I had less pain vs yesterday (which was about a 4/10) and pain was not sharp, but I noticed that I had no strength, no spring, no "pop" in my paw back. Mile 1 was down Sharon fr Whole Foods into a persistent headwind, mile 2 was a loop around Rutherford/SulkirkSharon back to Rutherford & right on Sulkirk to Park South (felt the heat as there was little wind), Mile 3 was hill loop #1 (down Park South to Park, a loop around the Church and then up Old Reid where I tried to slightly push the pace. Mile 4 was the reverse of mile 3 where I ran the 1/4 mi up Park So fr Park (didn't feel as bad as I thought). Then continued down Park So (felt spent), down the hill, and then up to Fairview & to the bank opposite Piedmont Row (4.75 mi straight. really tried to focus on rhythm fr 4 to 4.75, legs began to feel like jelly at times). Felt hot/overheated, did drills, then resumed for the final 3/4 mi but felt really dead (as if my core was weak).
