Easy Run
Felt terrible running this & this felt almost as bad as the first day I tried to run after injuring my feet & spraining MCL & LCL. Felt weak, stopped too many times to count (felt like I was completely exhausted, lead running thru my veins). Ran in/around Phillips Pl - started at Hotel ran to other side looping small lot 2x+ then looped RH in entrance then looping small lot 2x+ (mi 1 - felt dead, felt like I was filling up a/lactic acid); looped RH in entrance looping small lot 2x+ then looped RH in entrance looping small lot 2x+ then looped RH in entrance looping small lot 2x+ (mi 2 - felt worse, stopped 2x), out exit reverse looped RH & then another reverse loop of RH out exit back in entrance into cinema lot for 2x zig/zag loops (mi 3 - felt even worse, stopped 1x), ran 2x figure 8 loops then 2x zig-zag loops then 1x figure 8 loops (mi 4: felt awful, stopped 1x), then a figure 8 loop then a 1/2 loop to finish (mi 4- 4.3).
