4 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley on Post Pk side + 50m toe offs
Ran these purposely under control as this was non-easy effort since I almost fractured my feet & sprained my MCL & LCL 3 weeks ago. Was very conservative on #1 and then since I felt ok was more focused on the rest and focused on gliding up the hill. Accurate splits below:

#2: 6:03 pace/mi;
#3: 6:22 pace/mi;
#4: 6:23 pace/mi.
