Very Easy Run
Ran this very easy in/around Phillips Pl. Legs were tired fr workout yesterday & could really feel this in the beginning, and then gradually began feel more fluid. Started at hotel & ran down to other side looping RH & then reverse loop & around up hill on Fairview another reverse loop & into cinema lot (mi 1), and then given how tired my legs felt I jogged the next 3.2 miles doing loops of the cinema lot starting with 4 figure 8s and then many zig/zags & finishing with 3 figure 8s.
