Easy Run

Fast walked & did drills b4hand. Because of this howling wind it felt cooler (because I was walking into it prior to the run so kept shirt on - mistake). Seismoids were really hurting on left foot and big cause of concern -- ball of foot to big toe and ball of foot to 4th toe (I could feel "crunching" in this area). Started out and felt both a ton of fatigue & discomfort in left foot. After 200m I turned left on Sharon fr Whole Foods and was met by a literal "wall of wind" that would persist for the next 2.3 miles (felt like at times it was pushing me back it got so bad). Ran down Sharon and right on Sulkirk, the discomfort died down some in my seismoids where I could tolerate it, so now just battled wind of fatigue. Hung left down Park Central fr Sulkirk and wind was relentlessly in my face, hung right on Park and the wind was still in my face. Mile 3 & turned left on Old Reid and finally no wind on the ascent but felt really fatigued going up - except that at the top before I hung a left on Park Central I was getting wind blasts in my face (did it turn 180 degrees?). Headed down Park Central to Fairview - felt fatigued until the hill down, then saw another runner on the other side of the street so gradually caught up to them & when I overtook they stopped! Ran around Panera and then back out on Fairview to Park and back. But felt so bad that I stopped and was soaked in sweat (bad decision to wear shirt). Took shirt off, felt cooler but damage was done because I felt somewhat overheated and fatigued -- and then proceeded back to Whole Foods but the final three miles was anything but easy (felt tired, felt "dead", seismoids gave me more discomfort). It was not until over the final 1.25 mi up Fairview that I found some rhythm by focusing on cadence up the hill and my form felt much better and this felt "easier".
